  They must have new management in the pharmacy because there had been a great improvement. Used to be very unprofessional, but has drastically improved recently. I still have to keep reminding them to check my insurance and saved $30 last time by having her check again. The employees in the rest of the store are fantastic and super friendly and efficient!

  At 12:00pm I picked up and dropped off a prescription, they said they would have it ready by 1:00pm. I go shopping and come back at 3:40pm and I pull up to the window, give them my phone with my coupon on it. They give the phone back to me and tell me they have to go elsewhere to use the bathroom, so they will be back in 15 minutes. After they said it would be ready almost 3 hours ago I had to wait 15 minutes for them to come back and then ask for my phone again, just to say “can you just pull around do we can rebuild this” in an I don’t care what you want tone of voice. I then have to wait for 2 people who arrived 15 minutes after I had already been there get their transactions taken care of before mine. Completely unprofessional and a total lack of customer service.
